A great day was had by all at the Breast Cancer Care Oxfordshire Pink Ribbon Walk at Blenheim Palace on Saturday. A quintessentially British wet and windy morning awaited the participants as they arrived at the starting point at the beautiful and romantic Blenheim Palace. Some took part in the ten mile, and others completed the challenging twenty mile walk that led them all around the picturesque Blenheim Estate before returning to the starting point.
Sponsor sheets full to the brim with donations, the walkers started the day with a warm up aerobic session to get the blood pumping before all the volunteers set off on their idyllic country ramble!
Tresor Paris were on hand to provide much-needed water for the walkers, and as the first volunteers crossed the finish line they were gifted with special Tresor Paris goodie bags with sweeties inside!
Attendees were welcomed on the Tresor Paris bus, where they had a chance to see the entire Tresor Paris Breast Cancer Care jewellery collection, which ensures that 25% of the proceeds of each sale goes to this fantastic charity.
After helping lead the warm ups with the other attendees, Strictly Come Dancing star Brendon Cole walked the 10 mile route, and afterwards stopped for a chat with the Tresor Paris team. They gifted him with a BCC crystal bracelet which was the perfect balance of healing magnetite and charitable sentiment! The team at Tresor Paris would like to thank all the participants for their fantastic efforts and fundraising, and look forward to hearing the grand total of funds raised!
